Baby birthday parties are a hoot. The only ones that don't get excited about it until it actually happens are the babies. They don't have a clue what's going on. Even when the party gets started, they're just kind of looking around at each other wanting whatever the other ones have. One of them may be chewing on the party invitations, and the other ones are all wondering where theirs is. How come they don't get to chew on one too? Forget the baby food. They can get that at home. Though the birthday is for a baby, guess whose bringing the babies, adults. So you have to include them in some manner, and that's mostly in the invitations.
