I’ve never met a lady who didn’t want every single little detail that had anything to do with her wedding to be handled perfectly, me included. Of course perfection is seldom achieved, but the more we strive for it the closer we get. Therefore you must at least try, while understanding that we can’t control everything fully. With that said, what sets a wedding apart from the typical vows and maybe a song or two, is in the details, and some of those you can control.

For example, you can’t control how well the preacher does their part, or how someone sings a song, but you can control how the invitations look, and the wedding program wording that tells who the preacher is and who is singing the song. So you take care of the details that you can, and trust that the rest works out, and it generally does.
