Stationery And Ways To Find Or Buy The Best

By Stacey Eldor

Other than for business use, stationery isn’t near as popular as it used to be, though it seems to be on the rise a little. Unfortunately, stationery has been replaced by emails, Facebook, and text messaging. While they most certainly have their place, and have proven to be useful in many ways, still nothing takes the place of a handwritten personal message on fine stationery. Everyone who has ever received a personal handwritten letter on stationery gets it, but then they keep emailing and text messaging.

One of the reasons that I think a lot of people don’t send personal messages on stationery anymore is the fact that they just don’t have any nice stationery to use. You don’t find nice stationery at the local grocery store, bank, or beauty salon, so it’s inconvenient to buy any. Therefore it goes on the back burner as one of those things that sounds like a good idea in theory, but you never get around to it. After all, no one has complained about your text messages and emails, so nothing seems to be broken or in need of changing.
